FULL INTAKE
A thorough intake allows me to make the proper recommendations that will help YOU heal your skin. One of our principles here at Fighting Eczema is “what works for one person may not work for the next person”. Personalization is key. This is why I recommend staying away from generic “courses” or “masterclasses” that claim they will help you heal your skin.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Together we will discover the potential ROOT CAUSES of your skin condition and tackle them one at a time. Or all at once. It depends on the amount of effort you are willing to put in. The goal is to create a longterm plan that you will be able to put into play. This may involve lifestyle changes, supplements, medications and/or other treatments.
Complete Monitoring
We are a team. If we find that the longterm plan we have created is unrealistic or not working, I am able to work with you to modify the plan as needed. No more waiting weeks or months on an appointment waitlist until you can get help. I will make time for you because healing your skin is my priority.
Holistic Support
Improving your overall health is required to heal your skin. Instead of focusing just on the skin, I will work with you to improve other areas of your health such as diet, stress, sleep, exercise, weight, and mental health. Furthermore, if you are interested in trying treatment options such as fasting, No Moisture Treatment, traditional Chinese medicine, or light therapy, we can discuss these options together.

I guarantee that I will continue to work with you until you do not need me anymore. It does matter matter to me whether this takes hours, months, or years. My goal is to get your skin to a point where it does not affect your everyday life, no matter how long it takes.
Online Support for Life
This coaching program involves structured 1-on-1 video appointments that happen regularly as well as email support as needed. Again, I will work with you until you do not need me anymore!
